Anthony Kingsley is the Senior Director of Sustainability at Benson Hill, a leading food innovation engine that combines data science and machine learning with biology and genetics. He also serves as a board member for Family Farmed, a Chicago-based nonprofit supporting sustainable food systems and is an adjunct professor at Northwestern. Anthony has over 14 years of experience in corporate sustainability, community development and education across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the US. He cultivates sustainability within the food system through a deep understanding
and passion for how our food is grown and raised. As a researcher, educator, and presenter, Anthony engages the food sector by sharing best practices and leveraging diner and consumer trends.
